William has a proven
track record of growing businesses in the Executive Search and Contract
Consulting industry. During his 25 plus years in the high technology
marketplace Bill was instrumental in the development and success of
several recruiting and IT consulting firms. Bill was co-founder and
partner of DataForce and IT Services which he helped grow to a
consulting force of over 100 employees. These companies were eventually
sold to national consulting firms. As partner and co-owner of Houser
Martin Morris, Bill led the IT and Software Engineering recruiting and
placement practice. As owner of
Parfitt Recruiting and Consulting Bill developed and managed their
Executive Recruiting practice from two to a staff of 16 with specialties
in High Technology, Information Systems, Sales and Marketing, and
Accounting and Finance. In 1997 Bill sold the company to a multi-branch West Coast
recruiting and consulting firm after 8 years of recruiting success.
