William Parfitt , founder of Parfitt Search Partners, Inc. has been recruiting in the Pacific Northwest for over thirty years in the technology marketplace. Previously, he was a senior partner with Houser Martin Morris, an executive search firm specializing in Information Systems and Contract Consulting. Prior to joining the recruiting industry William was ten years in the information technology industry as a Data Center Manager.
